āļø Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training across Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Logistics departments
- Assist in supervising daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Monitor workflow processes and ensure adherence to company standards and safety regulations
- Support team leads in coordinating staff and resolving operational challenges
- Prepare reports, document processes, and provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of equipment and materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals
- Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative and completing assigned tasks
š Requirements
- Bachelorās Degree (B.Sc./HND) in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline
- Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
- 0ā2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good supervisory and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Basic understanding of safety and quality standards in a manufacturing environment
