⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Lead and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives aligned with corporate growth objectives
- Drive sustainable revenue growth and market expansion across multiple locations
- Oversee business development, customer acquisition, and brand positioning strategies
- Build and manage high-performing commercial and marketing teams
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities
- Participate in strategic contract negotiations and executive client engagements
Bids and Tender Coordinator
- Coordinate end-to-end tendering and bid submission processes
- Identify and track tender opportunities across relevant platforms and clients
- Prepare, compile, review, and submit technical and commercial bid documents
- Liaise with internal departments to obtain required documentation and technical inputs
- Maintain bid databases, tender records, and submission trackers
- Assist in developing winning bid strategies and presentation materials
Oil Waste Management / Tank Cleaning – Operations Manager
- Oversee day-to-day operations across oil waste management, sludge evacuation/treatment, tank cleaning, and environmental support services
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, logistics, and field operations for multiple project sites
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE standards and DPR/NUPRC environmental guidelines
- Supervise waste handling, transportation, treatment, disposal, and remediation activities
- Manage operational planning, project execution, reporting, budgeting, and resource utilisation
Head of Operations
- Oversee modular refinery operations and ensure operational efficiency
- Manage tank farm and depot activities
- Supervise marine logistics, haulage, and supply chain operations
- Coordinate integrated waste management operations (TDU)
- Oversee industrial and medical oxygen production activities
- Lead operational planning, reporting, and performance management
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Collaborate with the CEO in driving organisational vision, strategy, and operational goals
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear KPIs and timelines
- Oversee daily operations across HR, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain
- Partner with the CFO to develop and manage the annual budget
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance across all departments and geographies
- Represent the company in external partnerships, negotiations, and public engagements
🎓 Requirements
Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 15 years’ progressive experience in marketing and revenue leadership
- At least 5 years at senior/executive level
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian Oil & Gas value chain
Bids and Tender Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in bids, tenders, proposals, or contract administration
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management tools
Oil Waste Management / Tank Cleaning – Operations Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline
- Proven hands-on experience in oil waste management, tank cleaning, sludge treatment, and environmental remediation
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations and environmental compliance within oil & gas
- Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage
Head of Operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Production Engineering (or related field)
- COREN Certification is mandatory
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in Oil & Gas or Industrial Operations
- Strong experience managing multi-site industrial operations
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Engineering (MBA preferred)
- 20–25+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations or general management
- Proven experience in a COO, GM, or VP-level operational role
- Experience scaling a business across geographies and/or verticals
