⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily transaction records, ledgers, invoices, and receipts
- Help plan, monitor, and oversee departmental and company-wide budgets to prevent overspending
- Perform bank reconciliations, track cash flow, and prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Support internal and external audits, manage tax documentation, and enforce financial regulations
- Oversee payroll processing, employee expense claims, and vendor payments
- Evaluate operational workflows and develop policies to maximise efficiency and profitability
- Monitor operational costs, profit margins, and inventory or resource allocation
- Maintain positive relationships with external suppliers, banks, auditors, and service providers
- Assist with human resources administration, onboarding, policy enforcement, and record-keeping
🎓 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Operations Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance, operations, or accounting role
- Proficiency in accounting software — QuickBooks, Xero, or equivalent
- Good communication skills
