⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Legal Officer (ET-BO)
- Provide legal advisory services to internal stakeholders
- Review, draft, and vet contracts and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Support litigation and dispute resolution processes
- Assist in managing legal risks across the organisation
Team Lead – Business Advisory & Documentation (AM-DM)
- Provide strategic business advisory support across functions
- Oversee and manage documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and consistency
- Lead and mentor a team to deliver high-quality outputs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and governance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policies
🎓 Requirements
Legal Officer (ET-BO)
- Minimum qualification: BA / BSc / HND
- 1–5 years of relevant post-call experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) and BL qualification
- Strong knowledge of banking and financial services regulations
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Team Lead – Business Advisory & Documentation (AM-DM)
- Minimum qualification: BA / BSc / HND
- Experience within banking or financial services is an added advantage
- Relevant experience in business advisory, documentation, or related functions
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities
