⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Completions Maintenance Technician
- Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and in compliance with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Build and pressure test Completions sub-assemblies to well design specifications
- Record materials, supplies, labour costs, and equipment maintenance history in Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery
- Coach and mentor new technicians and support on-the-job training and knowledge sharing within the team
- Identify CI and standardization opportunities; maintain the workplace to the highest standard using 5S methodology
- Use valid documentation during all assembly and maintenance activities including maintenance manuals, SOPs, checklists, and standard work
- Demonstrate HSE commitment and ensure all workshop documentation is complete, organized, and properly archived
Quality Control Supervisor
- Manage the test and quality control (QC) organization and optimize test and QC processes, procedures, and capabilities
- Manage the tracking and calibration of inspection, measurement, and test equipment as well as maintenance of the test facility
- Conduct periodic technical audits and CAT compliance assessments, ensuring remedial action plan closures
- Perform technical audits of vendors and suppliers to ensure compliance with the Quality Management System
- Develop a continuous improvement culture and drive improvement plans to enhance asset utilization, reliability, and cost of service delivery
- Participate in failure investigations and ensure root causes of defects are addressed systematically
- Provide quality data books and Certifications of Conformity (COC) to products and services delivered to customers

🎓 Requirements
Completions Maintenance Technician
- HND in Engineering — Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Materials/Metallurgy
- Minimum of 5 years of shop operations experience in oilfield Completions, including leadership or supervisory roles
- Hands-on competency with Completions technologies for Sand Management Services, Intelligent Completions, and Liner Hangers
- Knowledge of tubulars, material types, connection thread types, termination fittings, and test fixtures
- Knowledge of CMMS and Maintenance Methodologies used in the oilfield
Quality Control Supervisor
- HND or B.Sc in Engineering — Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Petroleum, or Materials/Metallurgy
- Minimum of 7 years of experience (inclusive of 2 years in shop operations) in oilfield Completions or other oilfield disciplines, including leadership or supervisory roles
- Hands-on competency with Completions technologies for Sand Management Services, Intelligent Completions, and Liner Hangers is an added advantage
- Experience with Maintenance Processes, Workflows, and Quality Control
- Knowledge of tubulars, material types, connection thread types, termination fittings, and test fixtures
- Knowledge of CMMS, Maintenance Methodologies, and oilfield QHSE standards and guidelines
- Strong sense of continuous improvement with relevant certifications and executed projects
